and why.
Most of these exist because of how bodies and rooms work, not because we enjoy rules. Where there is a reason, it is written down.

01 - Cancelling
Cancel in time, keep your credit
Cancel outside the window and the credit goes back to your account. Inside it, the booking is spent and a $10 late-cancel fee applies.
Regular class
8 hours
Inside the window: class credit used, plus a $10 fee.
Workshop
12 hours
Cancel in time and the workshop amount goes back into your account. Inside the window there is no refund or credit, plus a $10 fee.
Private lesson
24 hours
Inside the window: the session amount is forfeited, plus a $10 fee.
Pole party
48 hours
Seven or more days out: a 50% refund or one free reschedule. Within seven days: a 50% refund, no rescheduling. Inside 48 hours: non-refundable. Party policies.
Studio rental
12 hours
Inside the window: the rental amount is forfeited, plus a $10 fee.
02 - In the studio
The everyday stuff
Arrive early
Fifteen minutes before your first ever class, for the waiver and a look around. After that, a few minutes is plenty.
Five minutes late is too late
Arrive five minutes or more after the start and you will not be admitted, and the class credit cannot be reused. The warm-up is not optional when you are about to hang off something.
What to wear
Layers you can move in. You may need exposed skin for certain moves - bare skin is what grips the pole. Heels are never required.
No lotion or oil
Not on the day. It transfers straight onto the pole and makes it unusable for whoever is next.
Book the right level
Levels have prerequisites for safety, not gatekeeping. The levels page lists what each one requires.
Clean up after a rental
Wipe the poles down and leave the room as you found it. Access is limited to the hour you booked - arriving early or running over incurs extra fees.
03 - Credits & memberships
Passes and expiration dates
Everything expires
Single classes a month after purchase, three-packs two months, ten-packs three months, twenty-packs six. The expiration date is shown on every item in the store before you buy it. Missed one? An expired class credit can be reactivated for $5, or $10 for a credit from a sale package.
Autopay memberships
Monthly plans run on a three-month minimum. The no-commitment monthly option costs a little more and can be stopped at any time.
The first-class rate
One per student. It applies to regularly scheduled classes only - not workshops, private lessons or pole parties.
Student discount
10% off packages with a valid student ID. Payment plans on packages are available on request.
Industry & sex worker discount
We run a discount on packages for sex workers and people working in the industry. Ask at the studio or email info@incredipole.com and we will set it up.
