Open pole
An hour.
A pole.
No instructor.
Come and work on your own tricks, conditioning and freestyles, in the company of everyone else doing the same thing. From $26 an hour.
01 - Ground rules
Know before
you go.
There is no instructor
And no group warm-up. Give yourself enough time to warm up properly before getting on the pole.
Open practice is not a class
Nobody is teaching. Come with an idea of what you want to work on.
Not recommended for beginners
You should already feel comfortable on the apparatus. If you are new, start with Intro to Pole.
Personal practice only
It may not be used to run private lessons, photoshoots, parties or formal instruction of any kind. For those, rent a room.
You get the hour you booked
Arriving late means a shorter practice, not a later finish.
02 - When
Book practice time
Both studios run open practice, on different days. Pick one.
03 - What it costs
Cheaper by the pack
A single hour is $26. If you practice regularly, the packs and the monthly plans bring that down a long way.
1 hour
$26
Expires a month after purchase.
5 hours
$105
$21 an hour. Four months to use them.
10 hours
$195
$19.50 an hour. Six months to use them.
Monthly, 10 hours
$180 / month
No commitment. Longer three- and six-month plans bring it lower again.
