Pole is weird. Pole is hard. Pole is fun.

02 - New to pole?

Never done this
before? Good.

Most people walk in having never touched a pole. Your first hour is spent learning where to put your hands, laughing at yourself, and leaving with at least one thing you didn't think you'd be able to do. Bring shorts. Skip the heels. We'll take it from there.

03 - The long game

Your first month at IncrediPole

First class

Figure out how to get on the pole.

First few weeks

Spins start making sense. Your grip gets stronger.

First month

You're doing things you didn't think you could do.

Then

Levels, programs, open pole, new tricks, new people, new goals.

Your first class isn't the product. It's the beginning.

05 - The people

Come for the pole.
Stay for the people.

Eleven years in Brooklyn. Two studios. And a lot of people who were all brand new once.
