Programs
Three to six weeks.
Same room.
Same people.
Drop-in classes are a great way to try things. Programs are how you actually get good at them.
01 - What a program is
Four to eight
students. One
dedicated room.
A program is a small-group course that runs for three to six weeks, at the same time each week, with the same people. It is taught in a dedicated room so the instructor can watch you specifically rather than a room of eighteen.
Week two builds on week one. Nobody re-explains the basics for whoever wandered in, because nobody wandered in. That is the entire difference, and it is a large one.
02 - If you're new
Start here
Never done pole? You can start with Intro classes or jump into a Pole Starter Program if you prefer a small-group series.
The Pole Starter Program
6 weeks · Level 0–1
Four to eight students, taught in a dedicated room, building a foundation week by week - technique, progression, and feedback aimed at you rather than the room. A structured way to start if you prefer learning in a small, consistent group.
Pole Starter Express
4 weeks · Level 0–1
The same foundation, compressed into four weeks. Same progression, less time.
Plus Size Pole Starter
6 weeks · Level 0–1 · Taught by Roz the Diva
One person per pole, in the Loft. Beginner spins, transitions, pole walks, conditioning and climbs, at a pace built around plus size bodies. Brand new or returning after time away, both work.
03 - If you already pole
Level up
The gap between two levels is usually a handful of specific skills. These programs go and get them.
The Level Up 1–2 Program
6 weeks · Level 1–2
Built specifically to bridge Level 1 and Level 2. Come in comfortable with basic climbs, spins and pole holds; leave ready for the next class up.
The Level Up 2–3 Program
6 weeks · Level 2–3
The same idea, one rung higher. For people who invert reliably and want the strength and control that Level 3 requires.
Spin Pole Builder
6 weeks · Level 0.5–1.5
Your introduction to a pole that moves. Momentum, timing, and staying oriented while everything rotates.
Spin Level Up
6 weeks · Level 1–2
For students with basic spin experience: spin climbs, controlled transitions, inverts on spin, and linking it all together smoothly.
Ayesha Level Up
4 weeks · Prerequisite: an Ayesha
Exactly what it says. You have the shape already; this is four weeks of making it strong, clean and repeatable.
Aerial Pole
4 weeks · Spin Pole 1+
Open-level training on aerial pole for students already comfortable on spin pole who want to take their work higher off the ground.
04 - Choreo & flow
Tricks are
vocabulary.
Choreo is
a sentence.
These run as short series rather than drop-ins, because a routine takes more than one evening to live in your body.
Low Flow
4 weeks · Level 1+
Floorwork and low-to-the-ground transitions - the connective tissue between the moves you already know.
Heels Fluidity
4 weeks · Level 1+
Four weeks of moving well in heels, which is a different skill from moving well without them.
Chair Flow
4 weeks · All levels
A whole choreographic language that needs no pole at all, and no prior anything.
05 - Strength & flexibility
The nitty gritty
Nobody films these for Instagram. They are also the reason the filmed things eventually work.
Splits Intensive
6 weeks · All levels
Structured, progressive work toward the splits, whatever your starting range.
Splits Mini Intensive
3 weeks · All levels
A shorter run of the same, when six weeks doesn't fit your schedule.
Flexibility: Splits + Backbends
6 weeks · All levels
Both directions at once - the combination most pole shapes actually ask for.
Backbends Intensive
4 weeks · All levels
Scorpions and cheststands, approached slowly enough that your spine forgives you.
06 - Which one is for you?
Not sure if you want a program or a drop-in?
Drop-in classes
Come when you want. Try different things. Great for flexibility and exploration.
Programs
Same people. Same instructor. Same time each week. Build skills progressively.
Programs fill up.
They're small
on purpose.
Dates rotate through the year and each run starts on a fixed week. The live schedule has what is open right now, including the sessions that have not been announced anywhere else yet.
